Speaker blasts Malthouse statement conduct 

Ahead of questions to the leader of the House of Commons, Speaker of the House Sir Lindsay Hoyle made a statement blasting home minister Kit Malthouse. Malthouse had shared a shorter version of his statement before delivering one 150 words longer on Wednesday afternoon. Hoyle described the conduct as “totally not acceptable”.
