During Prime Minister’s Questions, Labour MP Jess Phillips asked the prime minister about modern slavery in light of the new illegal immigration bill. ‘How am I meant to help a woman telling me she’s been raped 30 times when she’s not protect by our modern slavery system?’, asked Phillips.
