‘Women are being violated and betrayed’ over NHS hysteroscopy treatment, says Brown

In Westminster Hall today, MPs have debated NHS hysteroscopy treatment.

Labour MP Lyn Brown, who put forward the debate, said: “Based on the very recent stories of women I’ve told this today, in many cases, instead of best practice, we are seeing brutality. Women are being violated and betrayed. That trust in the NHS and medical professions is completely undermined. And surely that can’t be a legacy that the minister or this government wants to leave behind”.
