The Lords today: Levelling up and information-gathering powers

The House of Lords sits from 2.30 pm with the introduction of the Bishop of Lichfield Michael Ipgrave. This will be followed by oral questions on the adult social care system, the government’s emergency planning nationally, the Global Government Forum report on “UK Civil Service Digital Skills” and ensuring managing agents and freeholders are transparent with leaseholders.

The main business of the day will be the first day of the levelling-up and regeneration bill’s committee stage

Liberal Democrat peer Jenny Randerson then has a motion to regret related to information-gathering powers.
