Labour calls on Coffey to ‘apologise’ for the ‘Tory sewage scandal’

During environment, food and real affairs department questions today Labour spokesperson Jim McMahon called on the secretary of state to “apologise for the Tory sewage scandal”.

Thérèse Coffey responded by accusing Labour of negligence when they were in office. “Frankly, it’s the Labour Party from previous ministers who should hang their head in shame about looking the other way”, she said.
