Steve Barclay refutes the fact that Conservatives have made NHS wait times longer

During questions to the department of health, Steve Barclay refused the claim that the Conservatives were to blame for making NHS wait times longer.

He said to Labour MP Ruth Cadbury that this was untrue as wait times in Labour run Wales were longer than in the rest of the UK.
