New Labour MP Chris Webb sworn in after by-election victory in Blackpool South

Chris Webb took his seat as a Labour MP in the House of Commons today after winning the by-election for Blackpool South on May 2nd.

Webb received 10,825 votes after Thursday’s contest — a 58.9 per cent vote share.

The Conservatives trailed far behind with just 3,218.
