MPs clash over potential ‘cyber flashing’ loopholes
This afternoon the women and equalities committee held an oral evidence session on pornography and its impact on violence against women and girls.
Committee chair Caroline Nokes probed DCMS minister Chris Philp, who said that there would be some loopholes surrounding the legal guidelines around the “cyber flashing”.
