Biography

Stephen Phillips was elected as Conservative MP for Sleaford and North Hykeham on May 6th 2010 with a majority of 19,905.

Stephen was born in 1970, attended Canford School in Dorset on an assisted place and university at Oxford, also serving for a short time in the Army.

Called to the Bar in 1993 by Lincoln's Inn, he was appointed Queen's Counsel and made a Crown Court Recorder in 2009.

Married to Fiona, the couple have three young children.
