‘It’s not up to us. If people don’t like ULEZ expansion, they have the power to stop it at the ballot box’ says Mark Harper

During Transport questions, MPs raised concerns about the expansions of the ULEZ. Transport Secretary Mark Harper said that this was totally down to the Myor of London, Sadiq Khan, and this issue did not lie under the wing of the government.

“If people don’t like ULEZ, they have the power to stop it at the ballot box”, said Harper, suggesting they should vote for a Conservative Mayor.
