‘I was speeding, I regret that, but at no point did I attempt to evade sanction’

During questions to the Home Office, Suella Braverman was asked about her speeding fine by Labour MP Emma Lewell-Buck.

Lewell-Buck said that the speeding counted as ‘anti-social behaviour’, something that the government have said they are keen to wipe-out.

Braverman says she ‘never attempted to evade the sanction’ but that she ‘regrets’ speeding in the first place.
