Raab mocked over ‘misogyny’ blunder

Justice Secretary Dominic Raab has been mocked for an interview blunder in which he implied that ‘misogyny’ could include hatred of men.

Speaking with BBC Breakfast this morning, the MP for Esher and Walton said: “Misogyny is absolutely wrong, whether it’s a man against a woman, or a woman against a man”.

Misogyny is defined as a sexist hatred or contempt for women or girls.

The term derives from the Greek misos (hatred) and gunē (woman).
