‘Most omicron cases are mild’ says WHO

The World Health Organization have announced that “most cases are mild” in reference to the Omicron variant.

The statement also revealed that the variant has been detected in  24 countries, and there is no need to develop a new vaccine to combat it.

The WHO admitted however that “some mutations indicate a risk of faster transmission.”
