Ian Dodd

Ian is a leading activist for workplace reform and the cofounder of a stealth startup. Recognised as an elite problem solver, Ian has held senior positions at Skype, Microsoft and Expedia – and throughout his approximately 31-year career, he has spanned product development, consultancy, talent acquisition, people, and organisational performance.

In 2018, he became the managing director of global recruiting for Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for overseeing its global talent pipeline. He filed a personal injury claim against the bank in 2022. Now, through his startup, Ian is designing effective mental health services for those seeking to build mental health resilience or, like he did, recovering from mental health injury.
