DUP MP blasts ‘Lefty Lineker’ for ‘scandalous’ views on government policy

During culture, media and sport department questions today, the DUP MP Gregory Campbell asked the minister, Lucy Frazer, about Gary Lineker’s views on government policy.

He said: “Well-known multi-millionaire Lefty Lineker, who presents himself as a sports presenter with very scandalous views about government policy, [needs to] decide whether he is a sports presenter or a political pundit”.
