Chris Magee

• Chris Magee has more than 20 years’ experience in policy and communications. He is the Head of Policy and Media for Understanding Animal Research (UAR), a nonprofit that explains how animals are used in science. Its members include government agencies, medical charities, vet schools, scientific societies, industry, universities and research funding councils. This gives UAR a unique overview of the many ways animal science is applied in the real world.
