Trevelyan comes under pressure from Thomas-Symonds on luxury trade to Russia

During international trade questions in the House of Commons, the shadow secretary for international trade Nick Thomas-Symonds pushed the secretary for international trade Anne-Marie Trevelyan to “do more” by bringing in a “total ban of luxury goods top Russia”.

Thomas-Symonds told the House that “Putin and his inner circle cannot live a Mayfair lifestyle in Moscow whilst barbaric EvelDuring international trade questions in the House of Commons, the shadow secretary for international trade Nick Thomas-Symonds pushed the secretary for international trade Anne-Marie Trevelyan to “do more” by bringing in a “total ban of luxury goods top Russia”.

Thomas-Symonds told the House that “Putin and his inner circle cannot live a Mayfair lifestyle in Moscow whilst barbaric Evelio acts are perpetrated on the people of Ukraine”. He told the opposite front bench that the UK “can and must do more”.
