Rees-Mogg describes single trade window as ‘world beating’

During cabinet questions, Brendan O’Hara told the House of Commons of the further delays in food import duty, telling the minister for Brexit opportunities Jacob Rees-Mogg that the claim that Brexit would reduce red tape is “absurd”.

Rees-Mogg responded by telling the House that this was an “extraordinary claim” and that it appears that the SNP are “too weak and feeble” to govern without the involvement of the EU.

The minister explained that the new single trade window coming forward “will be world beating”.
