Springboard to Net Zero conference to take place in London on 17-18 October 2023

CCUS 2023: Springboard to Net Zero is a two-day in-person conference taking place on the 17th – 18th October 2023, at Central Hall Westminster, hosted by the Carbon Capture and Storage Association.

This year’s event will provide attendees with the latest developments in this rapidly evolving sector; including updates on UK CCUS policy and projects, EU developments such as the Net Zero Industry Act and the upcoming EU Strategy for CCS and CCU – as well as international mechanisms such as the US Inflation Reduction Act and looking ahead to COP28 in December in Dubai.

The conference will enable networking between the CCUS industry and other stakeholders such as UK and EU policymakers, NGOs and think tanks, business groups, finance community and researchers – as well as the opportunity to meet and engage with a wide variety of exhibitors from across the CCUS industry and supply chain.

Ruth Herbert, Chief Executive at the CCSA, said:

“The CCSA’s annual conference ‘CCUS 2023’ is THE conference for CCUS – showcasing global progress in this vital net zero industry.

With new CCUS incentives and programmes emerging around the world to drive at-scale deployment, our flagship conference is an opportunity to engage with countries and companies accelerating their CCUS plans to meet increasingly urgent climate goals.”
