Defence and DEFRA committees among those sitting today

At 10.30 am, the defence committee will hear from experts on the UK’s relationships in the Indo-Pacific region.

At 2.30 pm, representatives from Amazon and Google will answer questions on connected tech at the DCMS committee.

Also at 2.30 pm, food minister Mark Spencer will be quizzed on fisheries negotiations with Iceland, the Faroes and six EU states by the Defra committee.

Also at 2.30 pm, the justice committee will look at the future of legal aid with Justice Minister Mike Freer.
