‘What does the Minister have to say to the bereaved families who look on in utter disbelief at their government’s efforts to frustrate the process?’

A Ministerial Statement was made by the Paymaster General Jeremy Quin about the government’s position on handing over Whatsapp messages to the Covid Inquiry.

After the main discussion, Labour MP for Slough, Tan Dhesi, noted that he had lost several family members to Covid and spoke of his frustration that the government were delaying the Inquiry process and not giving them what they want.

The Minister responded by saying that the government had no need to hand over ‘irrelevant’ information to the Inquiry.
