Philip Davies MP mistakes Abena Oppong-Asare for Marsha de Cordova

During a Westminster Hall debate, the chairman Philip Davies mistook Abena Oppong-Asare for another female, black MP, Marsha De Cordova.

Sarah Owen noted his error, and asked him to apologise. He did so, and accepted responsibility.
