Lord Ravensdale

Daniel is a crossbench peer and took his seat in 2019 as the youngest member of the House of Lords. Outside of Parliament, Daniel is a Chief Engineer working for a leading engineering consultancy firm within the energy sector. Daniel is a member of the Lords Environment and Climate Change Committee, a board member of the Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology, a director of Peers for the Planet and co-chair of the Midlands Engine all party parliamentary group, which he founded in 2020. Daniel has a masters in aerospace engineering from the University of Sheffield and is a chartered engineer with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
