Lord Arbuthnot and Lord Clement Jones 

Lord Arbuthnot of Edrom is a Conservative peer, chair of the Horizon compensation advisory board and a former minister for defence procurement. He served as the MP for North East Hampshire from 1997 to 2015, and the MP for Wanstead and Woodford from 1987 to 1997.

The Lord Clement-Jones is a Liberal Democrat peer, serving as the party’s spokesperson for the digital economy in the House of Lords. He was chairman of the Liberal Party from 1986 to 1988.
