Almost half of English adults support bringing back rule of six

49% of English adults support bringing back the rules allowing only groups of up to six people to meet up according to YouGov polling.

The poll also revealed that 69% support social distancing in pubs and venues, although just one in five support pubs closing.

The government has ordered a return on facemasks in supermarkets and public transport, but have continued to say that offices should not cancel Christmas parties and that schools should go ahead with nativity plays.
