Phil Mayall

Phil Mayall is managing director for nationwide placemaker, Muse – part of Morgan Sindall Group. Phil has overall responsibility for Muse’s portfolio of regeneration projects across the UK, which are focused on creating mixed-use places with an emphasis on sustainability, community and quality. Its regional businesses are based in Manchester, Leeds, London, and Birmingham.

The business is currently working with partners across the UK and has built a development pipeline £4.6bn – a 150% increase since this time last year – with a further £0.7bn of opportunities at preferred bidder stage.

Phil is also a board member at ECF – a public-private partnership between L&G, Homes England, and Muse – and Habiko – a partnership between PIC, Homes England, and Muse.
