The UK’s largest shooting organisation, the British Association for Shooting and Conservation (BASC), has secured a partnership with Browning International.
BASC strongly opposes the Hunting Act, and believes land owners and managers should be able to choose the most effective methods of pest and predator control for their circumstances.
BASC will be attending the four major party conferences this year. The association will sponsor the Rural Reception at each of the party conferences and will be joined by the Angling Trust at the Conservative, Labour and Liberal Democrat conferences.
BASC has sent a letter to all local newspapers in the UK highlighting the benefits of game shooting and game meat.
