This star-studded guest blog comes from Guide Dog Mobility Instructor Shona Mathie:
"I belong to an all-female motorcycle club called the Curvy Riders. We're going to be raising money for Guide Dogs Week by doing a sponsored 250 mile ride across Scotland as our 'Go for 80' challenge - more of which later.
Last week we were out for a practice run and pulled into a service station in Glencoe. I was just minding my own business when a guy rode up on a BMW F800 . "Looks a bit like Brad Pitt," I thought. Then I did a dramatic double take and realised it was Brad Pitt.
As you can imagine, pretty soon there was quite a gathering of people; Brad was really down to earth and chatted to us about our bikes. He told us that "Ange" - he actually called her that - rides a motorbike and joked that she'd be interested in joining our club. He was happy to join us for this photo, which the petrol attendant kindly took on my mobile.
Meeting Brad certainly gave our Guide Dogs Week challenge a boost. The Curvy Riders are going to be doing a sponsored ride in a figure of 8 from one side of Scotland to the other. There'll be 8 girls on 8 bikes riding for 8 hours and we're looking for at least 80 sponsors. We're also looking for businesses to support us - one local firm is already donating floppy dog ears for our helmets and we're hoping others will give us an £80 donation."
Please tell your friends about our justgiving page: http://www.justgiving.com/CurvyWayRound. People can also donate by texting CURV80 and the amount they want to donate - for example £8 - to 70070.
