Sturgeon suggests PM has ‘fragile male ego’

Scotland’s first minister Nicola Sturgeon told the fashion magazine Vogue that prime minister Boris Johnson “tends to delegate most of his interactions with the devolved governments to Michael Gove,” which she said was “a different approach to his predecessors.”

She suggested that, although she worked well with Gove, Johnson’s tendency to avoid the meetings was “maybe.. just a bit of a fragile male ego. He seems to have a disinclination to be, metaphorically speaking, in the same room as me. It’s odd.”
