Tom Blenkinsop

Biography

Tom Blenkinsop was elected as Labour MP for Middlesbrough South and East Cleveland on 6th May 2010 with a majority of 1,677, succeeding previous Labour MP Ashok Kumar, who passed away before the election campaign.

Tom was brought up in Marton and now lives in Saltburn with his wife Vicki.

He was an officer with the Steel Union Community and led the Save Our Steel Campaign.
