Savings accounts and health in pregnancy grant act

Main purpose of the bill:
"To make provision about eligibility for a Child Trust Fund; to repeal the Saving Gateway Accounts Act 2009; to make provision about entitlement to Health in Pregnancy Grant; and for connected purposes."
Main points of the bill:
Removes eligibility to a Child Trust Fund for children born from January 2011 onwards.
Repeals legislation providing for the establishment of a Saving Gateway scheme - a tax-free cash saving account available to people in receipt of qualifying social security or tax credit awards.
Removes entitlement to the Health in Pregnancy Grant where a woman reaches the 25th week of her pregnancy on or after 1 January 2011.
