Her observations allow the public an insider's knowledge of what really goes on in the police force, and the way government policy can turn into obscene number fiddling on the front-line.


Her opinions are sensible, compassionate, and intelligent. Her writing style is very funny (if occasionally a tad self-indulgent) and the blog deserves to be bookmarked by anyone with an interest in the UK today.
