Karl Turner

Biography

Karl Turner was elected as Labour MP for Kingston Upon Hull East on May 6th 2010 with a majority of 8,597.

Karl was born in East Hull in 1971. He was educated at Bransholme High School and Hull University where he gained a Law degree.

He then joined Max Gold Solicitors from 2005 to 2009. He was then with Wilberforce Chambers in Hull, where he worked as a Barrister.

Since arriving in Westminster he was elected on to the Justice Select Committee.
