We take a look back at the last 12 months in British politics in our review of what has been a very eventful year.

On this week's podcast, politics.co.uk editor Ian Dunt gives his assessment of the biggest stories of 2011. As you'd expect, the summer's riots, phone-hacking and the eurozone crisis are among his top five - but they might not be in the order you'd expect.
