Rio Tinto: Results of voting at 2011 annual general meeting

The annual general meetings of Rio Tinto plc and Rio Tinto Limited were held on 14 April 2011 and 5 May 2011 respectively. With the exception of resolution 15, all resolutions were passed by poll and the results are set out in the attached document.
