Those operating within the tanker or tipping sector don’t need telling that theirs is an area of the transport industry that can be a real minefield of legislation and regulation. But they needn’t worry because if it’s advice or ideas that's needed, a visit to Halls 17 and 18 at this year's Commercial Vehicle Show and the TipCon and TankCon stands is the place to find information, new innovations and of course other operators from the same sector.
As a Commercial Vehicle Show Partner, the Road Haulage Association is particularly delighted to be playing a key role in this particular area. Therefore in addition to its TipCon and TankCon display, the RHA is providing for the first time, a Seminar Centre. This will give visitors the perfect chance to have a coffee, take the weight off their feet and listen to a wide range of speakers giving short presentations on a wide range of issues including consignor liability, on-board-weighing, chassis stability, working from height and EU type approval. And there will of course be time for questions.
“This is a new and exciting addition to the CV Show and brings real added value for the visitor,” said RHA Chief Executive Roger King. "In effect, TipCon and TankCon will create some of the atmosphere of the RHA’s previously successful shows of fond memory while focussing on the critical issues affecting today’s tipper and tanker operators”.
