CCFW: Social Worker Conduct Hearing

A Care Council for Wales Conduct Committee hearing will be held on Monday, 5 November 2007 to consider allegations of misconduct against Paul Anthony Neill, a registered social worker who previously worked in Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council.

The charges against Mr Neill are relating to a conviction of making indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of children.

The hearing will take place from 10am at the Royal Hotel in Cardiff.

In a three day Conduct Hearing held between 21 - 23 April 2008 in Ewloe, near Chester, to consider allegations of misconduct brought against registered social worker, Ms Christine Rolfe, who previously worked for NSPCC Cymru/Wales, it was decided to admonish Mrs Rolfe for a period of one year.
