Voice: Statement on STRB's 17th Report part 2

Thursday, 10, Apr 2008 12:00

Voice: the union for education professionals has commented on Part 2 of the 17th report of the School Teachers’ Review Body.

General Secretary Philip Parkin said: “Voice welcomes the STRB's report.

"The Report recognises the job size of members of the Leadership Group and signposts the way forward in seeking appropriate remuneration for this group. Voice is concerned, however, by the proposed timescale for completing this work. These are real issues now, and a delay until 2011 is unhelpful.”
