Innovative new online design tool from 3M: helping you get the entrance you want

Monday, 18 Feb 2008 17:03
The new Nomad Modular Matting online design tool from diversified technology company 3M was created so you can select and compare different colour matting, door styles and locations and then get a guide cost – in an instant. Visit www.3M.co.uk/nomadcalculator to see how good your entrance could look.

A clean building entrance is a welcoming sight for your visitors and the use of matting can also reduce the risks of slip and trip accidents. Matting is important, and getting the right solution is now easy thanks to 3M.

The Modular Matting online design tool will give you a three dimensional picture, showing exactly how your entrance will look with the Nomad Modular Matting in place. It then calculates the number of modular tiles required and works out how much it will cost. The three step process could not be more straightforward. All you have to do is enter your entrance size dimensions, pick the type of door you have and then select a colour.

Proven over many years

Almost 30 years ago 3M scientists developed a product which would effectively protect building entrances from dirt. The first Nomad Matting product with its revolutionary vinyl ‘coiled loops’ was developed. Now, thanks to constant innovation and expertise, Nomad Matting products are available with an updated image and contemporary colours. Whether it is a new-build project or a refurbishment of an existing site, Nomad Matting can help you develop a highly efficient entrance area without compromising on interior design. As a result, 3M can enhance and protect your building, reduce facility management costs and improve your safety record.
The 3M Nomad Matting range offers customers the widest range of matting solutions available. To find a solution for your entrance matting and walkway needs, please visit www.3M.com/uk/flooring, call the 3M Sales office on 01234 229496 or email commcareuk@mmm.com
