Tax Advice Week begins on Monday 9 June. There will be a range of events taking place that aim to ensure a better understanding of the tax system.

This is the third year that The Chartered Institute of Taxation has run the week.

Nick Goulding, CIOT President, says: “The week acts as a focus for people. In the past we have held debates, taught in schools and on a light-hearted note, have seen our cartoon family, the Taxables, visit HM Revenue & Customs. This year sees new activities but I am sure at some point during the week one of the Taxables will appear.”
