Wednesday, 1 October 2008, sees the launch of BEAMA’s Climate Change White Paper, combined with its annual lunch for members/guests.
The launch media briefing at 12 noon will enable you to hear first hand BEAMA members' plans to reduce carbon emissions and reduce energy costs for their customers.
The White Paper pinpoints what BEAMA believes industry, Government and stakeholders can do to address some of the headline issues currently preventing carbon savings being made. To ensure the final White Paper is comprehensive and representative, during the summer, BEAMA has asked members/stakeholders for feedback on the draft document’s thought-provoking questions posed.
BEAMA has collated all responses, which have contributed to the development of the final White Paper being published 1 October 2008.
(to access BEAMA’s draft White Paper/relating questions visit: www.beama.org.uk/climatechangepaper).
The lunch, which follows, will give the opportunity for further discussion.
The event takes place at the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), 2 Savoy Place, London WC2R 0BL.
