BASC: Game cookery demonstrations with TV chef Mike Robinson

TV chef Mike Robinson will be running three game cookery demonstrations every day from the British Association for Shooting and Conservation (BASC) stand at the CLA Game Fair this week (25-27 July).
Mike, who also owns the Pot Kiln in Yattendon, Berkshire and is a member of BASC’s Council, will be cooking at 10.30am, 2.30pm and 4.30pm.
Director of operations for BASC, Simon Hamlyn, said: “Having Mike running his world class game cookery demonstrations from our stand is great news for everyone who loves game meat, so please come along to enjoy the great taste of wild healthy nutritious game.”
