Stand up to the racist EDL
PCS is urging members to support a demonstration against the racist English Defence League in east London on Saturday 3 September.
The EDL has been banned from marching but is expected to hold a static protest in multi-cultural Tower Hamlets to be deliberately provocative.
PCS is supporting a Unite Against Fascism counter demonstration which assembles at 11am at the corner of Vallance Road and Whitechapel Road, E1 5HR, near Whitechapel tube station.
Find details of transport to the counter demo and more information at the UAF website.
