The Royal College of Midwives is the voice of UK midwifery.

The RCM is the professional association and trade union representing 95% of all the UK’s practising midwives. We are the world’s oldest and largest midwifery organisation. We work to advance the interests of midwives and the midwifery profession and, by doing so, enhance the wellbeing of women, babies and families.
