NHF: Ken Livingstone and Lembit Opik to speak at National Housing Federation's Communications Conference 2011

The National Housing Federation's Communications and Marketing Conference and Exhibition will take place on 10 March 2011. Labour's candidate for Mayor of London in 2012, Ken Livingstone and former Liberal Democrat Shadow Housing Minister, Lembit Opik will provide an insight into the importance of campaigning and how to generate publicity for campaigns.
Held at the Hotel Russell in London, delegates will learn how to ensure their organisations demonstrate value for money through effective communications and strong campaigns.
Chaired by writer and broadcaster, Lesley Riddoch, other leading topics at the event include making the most out of social networking, using customer knowledge to inform communications, getting into the housing and regional media, writing a winning award entry and how to build a strong local reputation.
