Housing associations can't avoid retrofitting. The terminology may be baffling but the clock is ticking as associations plan the way ahead in retrofitting their stock.
The National Housing Federation's London region is offering a one-day realistic guide to retrofitting on Monday 22 March. Its 'Keeping the roof on' conference at the Millenium Gloucester Hotel will have practical advice on what needs to be done, what funding is available and how to access it.
Straightforward and plain-speaking sessions include 'What not to do' with honest feedback on what actually happens in practice (and how to learn from others).
