It's a knockout
Following another successful series of Its a Knockout tournaments last year, there will be more fun and frolics again in 2009. Join us for one of the fantastic 'It's a Knockout' tournaments we are running accross the country.

Dragon boat racing
Dragon Boat racing involves teams of up to 10 paddlers in a boat with a drummer and helm, paddling frantically to beat the other teams down the course. The competition, drums, shouting and of course the colourful boats make it an exciting sport both to watch and to compete in.

Dragon boat racing is a great team-building event as well as being an exciting way to raise money. Why not get a team together for a truly memorable day!

Livability golf tournament
Livability Golf Day is always a great success and fun for everyone involved. Teams enjoy a hearty breakfast, 18 holes of golf on a challenging par three course, a sumptuous three course dinner and an opportunity to win exciting items in an evening raffle.

Sports challenges including treks and parachute jumps
Livability organise a series of sports challenges throughout the year giving you the opportunity for a unique experience as well as raise money for the Livabilitys vital work with disabled children and adults throughout the UK.
