Joint Conference with the King's Fund and Royal College of General Practitioners - administered by the King's Fund.

The boundaries between primary and acute care are becoming less distinct, and the direction of both clinicians' practice and government policy is moving to focus on the interface between primary and acute care.

The King’s Fund in partnership with the Royal College of Physicians and the Royal College of General Practitioners is bringing together acute clinicians, GPs and NHS senior managers at a national conference to look at how to achieve successful collaborative working between generalists and specialists.

Audience: * clinical directors and medical directors of NHS and foundation trusts * other senior clinicians (mainly physicians, surgeons and GPs involved in developing services) * chief executives, directors and chairs of NHS and foundation trusts * chief executives, directors and chairs of primary care trusts * practice-based commissioners * chief executives from the independent and voluntary sector
