This one day workshop is ideal for Mortgage lending arrears/ collection staff and management.

Content
The aim of this course is to equip course participants with debt advice awareness in order to help customers with genuine payment difficulties stabilize and repay arrears, so reducing avoidable repossessions. This course provides an essential guide to debt advice to help ensure that mortgage arrears staff are fully aware of what debt advice is, which agencies can provide expert, free help and how it can assist customers in arrears. This is what other delegates had to say when they attended the course in February this year:

"Knowledgeable interesting workshop with good information offered and excellent handouts."

"Content of course excellent. Very informative. Professional."
