On Saturday 24th March 2012 the Larchfield Estate, Annahilt in County Down will host the 2012 BASC NI annual gundog test.
Visitors to the one of South West’s premier countryside events, the Westcountry game fair, will be offered an increased range of activities, attractions and competitions organised by the UK’s largest shooting organisation, the British Association for Shooting and Conservation (BASC). The Westcountry game fair will be held at the Royal Bath and West Showground, Shepton Mallet on the 9th and 10th of March.
An initiative to help red squirrels in North Wales is to be extended into Gwynedd. The project is a partnership between the UK's largest shooting organisation, the British Association for Shooting and Conservation (BASC) and the Red Squirrels Trust Wales.
